We are for the most part dualistic beings and as we sense the world, we tend to immediately label our experiences as “good” or “bad”. Normally what makes something good is that it gives us satisfaction, pleasure, and what makes something bad is that it is uncomfortable, unpleasant, etc. This is all true, but that is not what makes something good or bad. We all know so many stories of great success or developments that came forth from “bad” situations. Some of us have been on a path that came to a halt against our will. These situations that were unwanted may have brought countless other gifts into our lives. Yet, if we held on to our “form” and limited perception, we may have very well have missed these blessings. So today I invite you to not label what happens in your day and become a co-creator with the Universe.
