Team dynamics
Team Dynamics work uses the Constellation approach in an organizational context to provide a living “map” of the dynamics of an organization. Like any living system, an organization needs to follow certain laws and mechanisms to stay healthy and flow. You may gain a different perspective on what could be impacting your business success. This is a cost-effective way of uncovering the hidden dynamics or patterns taking place, bringing clarity and allowing for meaningful change.
Who can benefit from this approach? Managers or those people in charge of an organization benefit from this tool because they are the ones who can implement the change that is required. However, any person belonging to an organization who is having trouble within the system can also work with this tool in order to determine what needs to change for things to improve and flow.
